Not just Apocalypseburg, eh? Ninjago has scads of stuff that would sate your needs, all the way from the first wave's #2505 and #2506, right up through last year's #70654 and #70655 and tonnes in between. You might want to investigate Ninjago more closely. :) -

Oh, I hear ya, that's why I said 'etc...'Yep, the Ninjago sets you linked are kinda close, especially 70654 Dieselnaut, but the color palettes and, to a greater degree, the minifigs don't convey the post-apocalyptic vibe I'm speaking of.
