Would #31102 give you what you're looking for? In terms of size, piece count and price it seems to be on par with #3183; or #4208, or one of the other current city trucks if you want it to include a minifig. -

@graphite Thank you, #6913 is my last resort:-) I think its 8 stud wide though. #3183 takes about 100 parts to build just the car and is 6 stud wide x 10 long. @dneul The mini creator containers are neat but tiny:-).
