   I bought one of those #41097 sets yesterday as well. I had only found one at first, so I thought it was online return as well, but it looks like had a case of them, all marked with the AS IS tag on a clearance endcap, and I figured they just weren't in the system anymore.

   @JudgeChuck - There are lots of examples from almost every theme. #75091 Flash Speeder, #41097 Heartlake Hot Air Balloon, #76027 Black Manta Deep Sea Strike and the brand new #75823 Bird Island Egg Heist spring to mind. It is unfortunate but clearly it is not going to change so we are just going to have to put up with it.

    Not sure how much of a deal these are but TRU has the following on 'sale': (Apparently TRU is so lazy they no longer put the set names in the flyer, just list as 'assorted LEGO sets'with just their TRU item numbers now.)
