   They also sell the LEGO Brand Store #40305. I would recommend Rockefeller Center as well.

   TLG has such a set on the shelves: #40305 LEGO Brand Store has been available to buy since 2018. Sure, it is not modular sized, but it is a Lego Store you can buy nonetheless.
