Same here. Target in central Massachusetts...and not in the Lego aisle. It was jammed with a few other #30388 Imperial Shuttle bags near Matchbox cars. Not sure where it was supposed to be displayed. I only spotted it while walking by and holding two new pillows. -

I saw #30454 at one of my local Targets today. That store also had loads of #30388. I never saw that one at Walmart or any of my local Targets until now even though so many reported seeing it early in the year. Had to get it as a GWP from the Lego store during May the 4th.
