I got mine at Arrowhead mall in Phoenix. There were 4 people ahead of me at 9 am. They only had 16. One of the employees was taking names and how many you wanted ( limit 2). It has been reported that they are cutting down on their advertising (in North America at least) as demand is outstripping supply. The cost of sending a few review sets is probably completely negligible in the overall picture but I wonder if things will change in future. Why bother sending out review sets if sets are…
