Seals cut on #10277 bag one is the track display base. Step 12 is laying sleepers, not sure I've used so many pieces in a single step! 28x 1x4 tiles. 56x 1x1 tiles.

I went to the LEGO store for #10277 Crocodile Locomotive and #60205 Tracks, then to Target for groceries... and #60205 was on sale for $16.39. Grr! I'm not going to return it to the LEGO store and buy at Target, that's way too much time and gasoline, but it's annoying!

So I am resurrecting this thread, a full 7 years after #10233 Horizon Express we are now getting #10277 Crocodile Locomotive. No idea why they took so long but this new train looks awesome.
