10188 may not have a display sticker, and yes I agree it isn't a UCS set, but it is still pretty ultimate! :) One of these days, I plan to build a second display stand based on what holds up IS and/or DSII and put 10188 on display properly... Just need a good custom sticker for it! -

@Brick_Obsession, it's only been #10177 and #10187 that has the plaque and non-UCS status, but then again they're the only non-SW sets that has them as far as I know. But the #10188 UCS/non-UCS debate comes into play also. @Bandit thanks for the confirmation. Just looking at UCS MF and it has "Ultimate Collector's" listed… -

@tvih - I'm just not sure they're necessary, period. I would say the only excemption to this and I would say is a neat addition is with the new R2 UCS. The mini R2 monuted on the name plate is pretty cool. All of the other sets....what is one supposed to do with them? I'd have my SSD or my Shuttle on the side, looking…
