    I would not be surprised it is a non limited edition. The 41999 came with an extra 2x4 tile and a 41999 licence plate sticker for it.

    I think some people are forgetting that #41999 is an exclusive version of #9398 . so in the aftermarket some people will see #41999 and the price it commands and decide to buy the original version for much less. This will decrease the number of buyers for #41999 and will probably hold the price down.
