   Anyone tell me exactly what I need to motorise the winter train 10264. On the instructions it says to get 8884, 88000, 88002 and 8879. I know these are retired but I’m not sure which to get.    Yes, I'm sure #60197's Powered Up parts will work, just not exactly the same way as the older Power Functions items. For one, you won't need to remove parts to fit the #8884 IR Receiver, which is a good thing. Yes, Powered Up is the newer system.    Putting a "#" in front of the set numbers will link to the entries in the BrickSet DB: #8884 - IR Receiver #88000 - AAA Battery Box #88002 - Train Motor #8879 - IR Speed Remote Control You will need all of these items to motorise the train and an iPhone will not work in place of the Remote Control for these Power Functions…
