I buy sets at 50% or greater discount for part out purposes. Normally I'll run a part out on BrickLink, then remove from the upload any parts I'd like, and the rest get added to my store's inventory. I haven't tried the idea of selling a set as several components (ie: 8404, 2 bus stops, tram, shop and bus), and I doubt…
