Any chance that lot has the parts from a 7150 or 7152 instead of the 7262? The 7150/7152 Y-Wing engine has this part http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=6259&idColor=9#T=C&C=9 and it looks like its in the photo on the Y-Wing engine assembly.
