Thanks @Huw, still the same with 75169, only set I've tried but on two browsers and I've logged out and back in and cleared cookies etc. The set details page loads, but clicking on ACM throw the above error -

Ok, this morning seems to be more fruitful, looking up sets and navigating to collection is working as adding and editing ACM for new sets to the collection. However, for 4 specific sets, when I increase the QTY owned and then go to edit the ACM data, I am still receiving the general error message. Sets in question are…
