Thinking of moc a millennium falcon but the 10179 would be to big and most of all very expensive so I'm looking at something Inbetween set 75105 falcon and 10179 falcon. Has anybody done this ? Am I able to buy a few sets of the 75105 and use the parts or how would you go about it. I guess I'm looking for the look of 10179…

To do a double-sized 75105, you'd need at least four copies of the stock set. I would figure out what diameter you want for the main saucer, and then work around that. Look at both the instructions for 75105 and 10179 to see if there are build techniques you want to utilize. Maybe you want to use elements of the 10179…
