72001 was 30% off, got all 4. 72002 was still full price in store, but $15.99 (20% off) online. [I had forgotten which one I saw on clearance] LEGO aisle rearranged, further emphasizes Star Wars and superheroes Found one Groot keychain but it scanned at $5.99 -

Coupon exclusions happen a lot, might be the manufacturer rather than the retailer being restrictive, so don't necessarily blame Target #72001 or #72002 30% off look like great deals for part out, but heavily weighted towards minifigures, and many Technic or other specialty parts, so prices may be volatile. Seems common…
