As of Saturday, my TRU had ~15 of the Ninjago Bricktober sets on the shelf for $15/each, and about the same number of Batman for $20/each. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on #70901 and #70903 to get to $50 and got the MF for free. -

Yesterday I stopped by my local TRU and they also had the correct signage of $64.99. Prices for all new sets were already marked up; for example: #60147 Fishing Boat and #70901 Mr. Freeze Ice Attack @ $24.99 when last week they were @ $19.99.
