This... abomination... is an official alt build (combining parts from sets #70832 & #70833). It feels like they've just kind of given up at this point, or it was designed by a Walmart exec over their lunch break. :/ -

Yeah, in general it's been a long time since the LEGO Shop catalogs were truly comprehensive — it's not at all uncommon for individual sets or even entire themes to be omitted.
