I've been patiently waiting on a good deal on #2507 Ninjago Fire Temple. I'll probably pick up #70728 Battle for Ninjago City sometime this month for Double VIP points. -

Found a #70728 at a Target for 50% off + 5% Red Card. Not a Ninjago fan but stuck between busting it for parts, selling the pieces and minifigs, or holding onto it for future resale. The labels looked shady so I asked CS if I could verify the bags and contents. Luckily everything was there! -

I have 2 copies of #70728 built into a massive temple and placed alongside my modular layout. Also have #10193 which I have yet to build, but I think the scale is a little smaller than modulars, so maybe a little village beside the main city? -

I was about to do the same thing actually - that is once I have the Winter Village Sets back in their boxes so I have the space. I was thinking along the lines of an asian / japanese themed garden. I was also going to see if #70728 & #10193 would fit in stylewise. -

Most recently I bought #6930, #75104 without figs for 50 EUR (just for the parts), #75100 for 22 EUR without figs, the City & SW Calendars, #70728 so I have something else to put next to the Airjitsu Temple when I finally buy it and I have #10236 in my [email protected] basket just waiting for some sort of VIP deal to crop up .. -

Picked up #70728 Battle for Ninjago City on Saturday. I used my 500 point damaged box voucher and 200 additional VIP points, so got it for about $85, with double VIP earned on that. My girlfriend was with me and saw #850949 Christmas Snow Hut Ornament and thought it was cute and appropriate since this will be our first… -

I too have 2 copies of #70728, but I've yet to build even the one. Then I'll decide if I need to crack open the 2nd to expand the universe, or I may just keep it sealed to swap or sell for something else in future. Yes, #10193 is a little smaller than modulars, but they are probably still a little larger than the 2… -
