So lots on eBay for the original power functions. They have sets of what the #10254 actually needs but it’s around £60. all my winter village stuff is packed up for a move so I can't take a pic. I did buy #60197 and use the components and track. Yes, I'm sure #60197's Powered Up parts will work, just not exactly the same way as the older Power Functions items. For one, you won't need to remove parts to fit the #8884 IR Receiver, which is a good thing. Yes, Powered Up is the newer system.
