I picked up 4 of the #60021 sets and one was for me to keep. That's as deep as I go on that set.

I think #60021 at $25 or less is a reasonably safe bet. Not likely a huge gainer, but it is pretty unique and not likely to be repeated.

Any thoughts on #60021 Cargo Heliplane? You can get it at Amazon for $33 right now, or at Walmart for $25 if you are lucky enough to find it on sale. I normally don't buy City sets, but was wondering if this was unique enough to be worth buying and holding?

I actually think he may be referring to #3181. These were widely available at Target on clearance for $20 each. I'm netting a profit of $55 each at the moment.
