The following Lego City sets are BOGO 50 at Target.com. #60004, #7498, #4209, #4439, #60003, #7288, #4432, #60016, #4436, #7279. Also GS #70702. In addition, most are on a slight sale although #60004 and #7498 are $8.00 and $16.00 of respectively. -

Same here--the shelves look back to normal, and I was surprised to see several #7965s on the bottom shelf, as well. Only "sale" (notice the quotes) were some of the city sets. They had a handful for a buck off, if that. For example, #60016 had a sale tag and was, if memory serves, 84-cents off retail.
