Stickered fireman is in eight sets, several of which are just differently numbered US and European versions: #374 and #590, #602 and #6602, #672 and #556, #6690, #620. The #6000 Idea Book also had six of those stickers. -

Oh fantastic, thank you!! In fact I have a copy of #6000 idea book sitting right here, but whatever sticker sheets it came with are long gone (both physically, and from my memory!). This is great -- also explains a number of other pieces with stickers that I hadn't gotten around to trying to identify yet.
