You can save a little more money ordering the #42042 from Amazon.de right now. Comes out to $114 shipped for me, so about $13 savings when you factor tax. I used to buy a lot from Amazon UK/DE until I ordered #42042 last July (ordered from UK came from DE) One corner had a hole the size of a fist, big enough for bags to come out so I returned it.
