I would think so. I'm guessing it's a polybag with set number 40076. I found the set number from Brickset here - which must have pulled it from some feed (dunno the source).

Love zombies, but having already got one in Vampire Hearse set and The Zombies set, I don't know if I want a third. Then again, there's supposed to be some good stuff coming out in September so I'll probably end up getting it anyways.

^ You can never have enough zombies ;) I was excited when I saw images for this set, but that is one expensive way of army building...hopefully they'll be reasonable on BL.
