Found a complete 375 Yellow Castle!

Bought 2 boxes of lego from local Charity shop. one full of trucks, police lorries etc, the other with the instructions for the Yellow castle 375 on the top!

@Sherlockbones The yellow thing is probably a wind up motor. You may have a large red key somewhere that fits in the hole on the side. Looks like you also have the "ruins" of a yellow 375 castle in there, too.

While I certainly appreciate the UCS Falcon I got for $375 and everything I've ever bought on Black Friday, my favorite deal was back in 2008 when I found a 10176 King's Castle for RRP online at a website I think was called Brick Marketplace.

Here is the response for the green grocer You are right the Green Grocer is available and it would be $375, which is exactly half of $750. Ps: I was not planning to turn around and sell the lego sets the same evening, but $750 was too good to pass on. I am sorry that it did not turn out as planned for you.

Going by the manuals it should contain #375 #854 #894 #918 #920 #924 #926 #928 #8844 #8845 #8841 #8843 #8851 #8848 #8860 and probably more besides. At least 50 minifigs as well. It will take a fair bit of sorting but I am in…

I had to ask her why were they all still unopened. She said her husband's parents used to buy the sets and not let him play with…

Bought a craiglist lot today for $40 with what I thought was just a jumble of old bricks. Imagine my surprise when it had a COMPLETE #375 Yellow Castle in it! All stickers where sharp and all minifigs and accesories were there! Even the knights visors were there. To top it off the instructions were in the bottom of the…

While I can't compete with the incredible find mentioned above, I can report that I FINALLY added the UCS Millennium Falcon to my collection. It's a used set, but in very good shape. Lucky you!!!! :) :) :) Very cool, so what did you pay for it??? :) (if we can ask) A few thoughts about your blog post... It actually has…

I quickly went through yesterday's find and found: - 10 classic space torsos: 4 red, 3 yellow, and 3 white. Some still have really nice prints. - 3 old minifig legs (2 black, 1 red) - assorted parts from 6882 Walking Astro Grappler - the flag from 6970 Beta Command Base (with one sticker placed upside down) - some parts…
