   3244 isn't listed at BrickLink which is usually a good indication that none have been sold there and a google image search throws up only the catalogue image, so all the evidence suggests that it was never released.

   Just noticed these in an oddball Scala/Belville catalog from 1998. I'm not sure the intended audience, but there's 5 languages on there (German, English, French, Italian, Swedish), and explicitly mentions UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Denmark (for credit card payments). #3246 - not in the database! #3244 - supposedly not…

   There's also this: http://bricks.argz.com/set/3244-1 They must've got pretty close though. BrickLink only lists the arch as being available in White or Medium Yellowish Green. However, there was an Element ID (4114772) for it in Light Yellow. Perhaps there are a few crates of them sitting around in a warehouse somewhere.
