Today I was parting out set #31118 and found a small bag inside bag 2 that was wrinkled and open. Turned out that 26 parts were missing! Must have been caused in the factory at the moment when a small bag gets inserted into the big bag. Called Customer Service @ TLG and spoke to a very friendly women. The funny thing is…
