   The 5771 Hillside House was only available about a year and a half. So it's possible the 31012 is on its way out.

   Where is the source for #31012 is 'done'? Because it is a bit of a surprise if this is the case, the set has only been out for about 1 year.

   #31012 is done. The only place available currently is tru. Not sure how long it will last there. #3185 is done at tru also. May be sporadic stock in store. That's it.

   Yeah, messed up the #31012 number, sorry. I have a few, I like them for parts and you multiple models to build, just do not like them at RRP.

   walmart.com sold #31012 for 59.99. Its still on their website but only for pickup. Picked up all they had. Surprisingly no limit on it. The worst part is wm shipped 1 per box

   I got the Family House. Now after the earlier postings I don't know if I should pay it off or not. Put the money in my piggy bank? Pay off the Family House? Decisions, decisions.. May I keep my #31012 if I go bankrupt? What about my piggy bank? Will they break it open? I need to call my CPA! :-)

    I think 31012 will do well. Most houses do. I think it is a great looking set. Plus, it is NOT an exclusive set, so you will be able to find it on sale. I mean, a person should be able to get it for more than 27% off! Awesome. Apple Tree House was active for a long, long time. LEGO made lots of them. And, it still sold…
