My Target had the Batwing Poly #30301 on clearance for $1.99 in the Halloween section. -

My TRU did not have any #30271, but they did have a ton of #30262, which I have been looking for a while. Also a ton of #30301, assuming for the upcoming promo. -

In addition to the Batwing #30301 on clearance for $1.99, I also found the Arctic Scout #30310 for $1.74 in the Halloween section at Target, which was quickly being overrun by Christmas decorations. #30265 Worriz' Fire Bike had also been stocked by the registers.
