I went back to Meijer today. I found where they keep 30281. They are in the checkout aisles. -

I found one and only one 30281 at a Meijer store. This one was in a bin where the CMF were supposed to be. I couldn't locate them anywhere else, but it was in their pricing system at $3.99 -
