   Today was a good day for the Winter Holiday Train #10254 with to modify it with My Own Train #10153. What do you think?

yep. look's ok. with the motor, but as i dont have a full time track i going to removed it soon and have it as a nice display item. the train could have done with more grip, as unlike #60051 that if you try to push it to full speed "It will Crash." if you full speed #10254 it dont get the speed to crash.

   Spent my last weekend as a non-parent getting the Winter Village setup under our Christmas Tree. #10245 (new this year) #10249 #10254 #10259 #10263 (also new this year) plus #40292, #30478, #40254, #40262, #40263, #40223, #40125, and #40106 Basically getting all the building out of my system before the little one arrives…

   I always enjoyed making up the Winter train around Christmas time as it's an enjoyable set to build and looks nice going round our coffee table. The only thing that didn't quite sit right was how small / fairground-ish the finished product looked. So when it appeared in the sale last year, I couldn't resist getting another…
