   Anyone noticed that all the current 'Modular Buildings' are present in the January 2016 (US) catalogue including the #10218 Pet Shop and #10232 Palace Cinema. Does that mean both will be available in 2016?

There are probably pages of discussion on #10218 in this thread. Just use the Brickset search function to see what people are thinking. I haven't really heard anything about #10232 because most figure that #10218 will go first before #10232 even comes on people's radar screen as being EOL'd.

   ^ I think the DD #10260 is going first because it is one of the worse modulars produced in the past seven years. While the AS #10255 is one of the best ever. Yes, I had to go way back to the PC #10232 to find a more unloved modular.

   So Amazon US now has the #10248 F40 back in stock, the #10232 Palace Cinema back in stock, and the #10249 toy shop back in stock (all sold by Amazon). In the very least this can help those that missed out on these when they sold out at LEGO.

   Got my Spring 2013 Catalogue in the post today. On p15 they have a full spread on #10232 Palace Cinema. In the blurb it says Collect and build an entire town with the LEGO Modular Buildings collection: #10224 Town Hall, #10218 Pet Shop and #10211 Grand Emporium! Hold the Front Page??    I have to wonder if the Palace Cinema #10232 will be gone within the next 6 months...after the Assembly Square #10255 is released.
