   #10232 Palace Cinema arrived today; would have been cruel to #10218 Pet Shop to leave it as the only modular in my collection.

   I finally ordered #10218 and #10232 from [email protected] I didn't want to keep kicking the can down the road and run the risk of missing out.

   Saw #10232 Palace Cinema go temp out of stock so I pulled the trigger on it to get when it comes back in stock before I miss it completely and to get the promo fountain.

Dam #75095 box is BIG!. and #10243 box is smaller then i would have guessed it to be. i image it as the same Size as #10218 and #10232. is it deeper? no looking at it looks the same depth as the other 2. can not see how deep #75060 is.

 go in order of age, olders set 1st, so that would be PS (#10218), PC (#10232), PR (#10243). as the modulars get newer, the detail in them get better. by doing it in this order each one of the modulars you build is better then the last

   I'm saving up to buy the 10232 Palace Cinema and 10246 Detective's Office. Can't wait to start expanding my city. My superheroes need more more places to fight villains and the Ghostbusters need more buildings to make money busting ghosts!

    Orders placed for 2x 10232: Palace Cinema 1x 10218: Pet Shop this will give me 3 Pet shop's i have plan's for the pet shops. when i done i hope to have a MOC that is like no other Pet shop MOC. i have plan's, oh! the plan's. *rub's hands making an Evil cackling sound*
