Just read in a forum that apparently it was confirmed that 10222 Winter village Post has been discontinued. http://neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=47763679&postcount=7050On a related note, the staff did confirm that Winter Post Office is officially retired.

AFAIK/IIRC after Christmas all WV sets are "retired", and then some get "unretired" by September/October. But in this case the copy for the latest WV sets mentions no older set except the previous one, it does not mention #10222 . Which IMHO is a pretty solid indicator that #10222 has been retired.

Does the fact that #10222 is actually listed as Retired on The
[email protected] site mean anything? Or is that common with seasonal items during their down time? Looks to me like it is retired.

Last week while on a road trip to Ohio I stopped at my first LEGO store ever.They had 6 sets of #10229 for $69 and 6 sets of #10222 for $55. I bought two of each.
