^ #10217 is a cornerstone of the earlier HP series and it consists of very well designed smaller modular buildings which HP doesn't have much of especially in the earlier lines. It is a fun build and looks really nice once built. I don't think a new Diagon Alley would look too similar, therefore, I wouldn't expect much… -

For sure. Actually last years sets I bought (10217, 10219, 10212, 4842, 4184, 8043, 5771) have all doubled their sales prices or more and are still trending upwards. What I am concerned about is 2013 sets. If I hold for 2 years and realize 120% returns that is still far greater than any other investment vehicle I currently… -

This year is going to be a tough one. Lego has really cut back on the sales so you will need to be quick to jump on brief walmart sales and amazon price match.
