I won this for $99. It's all fairly clean and about 99% Lego. That is #10217 Diagon Alley on the right, new in bags with instructions and sticker sheet. -

Found a NISB #10217 Diagon Alley for retail ($150) on Craigslist. Unfortunately just missed out on a NISB #10210 Imperial Flagship from the same seller, also for retail ($175). So I am simultaneously ecstatic and distraught. -
