   Can anyone provide an approximate value anyone 'should' pay for retired sets? I've been wanting to get #10211 Grand Emporium but wouldn't know what would be a 'fair' price or a good price.

   Got my Spring 2013 Catalogue in the post today. On p15 they have a full spread on #10232 Palace Cinema. In the blurb it says Collect and build an entire town with the LEGO Modular Buildings collection: #10224 Town Hall, #10218 Pet Shop and #10211 Grand Emporium! Hold the Front Page?? Is the FB finally retiring?

   I don't know if you are in the minority. I also think we will see it again, but not in the near future. Say 2018-2020, it may align with some Star-Wars milestone, or the making of the next trilogy? Either way, I feel it is not a good set to invest in now, as you can get better returns on sets such as #10219 or #10211

   looks like 10211 is going to go EOL. its OOS in walmart and target :D toysrus just raised price of DS to $439 and SSD to $439 last week when i was in one of the store i inquired and the rep was none in the store in 200 miles but about 600 online LOL :) not sure that's the LEGO inventory or toysrus inventory.... so not sure…
