   #4841 and #7597 are good examples of trains without track and this is what I think we will get. Not to mention #10233, #10219, #10194.

   And are we talking proper trains ala #10173 Holiday Train / #10194 Emerald Night, or rubbish Chistmas trains akin to #40034 and #40138?

   Another wishe for a PF-less (to keep initial cost down) steam locomotive here. And if the colour scheme could also bring back the tan train windows only released in #10194 so far, then even better!

   We know that they can and have made trains with and without track. Personally I would love it if it was similar to #10233, #10219, #10194 but I just don't think it will be and I'm fairly sure it would overpower the winter village if they did.

   I heard that LEGO had scheduling issues with last years 'Winter Village' set which would explain why we had a re-release. So this train would have been released last year. I hope it appeals to me, the only other train from LEGO that I would love to own is #10194 - Emerald Night.

   IMO #60097 is not a train. Though I think it being 'creator' could mean no track, but I would rather see at least an oval to go around the village. I also think that when it comes to 'Winter Village' type sets people want a 'complete' set. Not sure people would like to get a train without track, and then have to purchase…
