Good day. I'm super excited, as I was able to snag a Saturn V set. While the product numbers are 21309, sets have different item numbers. Any idea what the different item numbers mean?

I was looking at the new Taj Mahal set at the store today and noticed it has 2022 pieces and it came out this year 2021. So that got me wondering has there been any sets with the where the piece count matches the year of release? Then that let to are there any sets where the piece count matches the set number? Is there a…

Is there some kind of system behind the part numbers on Bricklink? I need to find some specific parts for a modification. I don't particularly know what sets they might appear in. If I had the part number, I could look them up that way. Thanks.

Sorry, I am such a newbie to this and have so many questions. As I understand it many lego pieces have a number printed on them somewhere. I have two pieces with a number on, and when I key them in to any searchable database (or even Google!) something entirely different pops up. The pieces are definitely lego - it is…

I understand the numbering for these items is up to 1500. I have gotten a picture of one of the box 41493-1 with no number, but with 'SAMPLE' printed where the number should be. Anybody knows how where this originates from?

Always wondered how they come up with the set numbers anyone have any input?

The numbered bags are fairly new to me having grown up and done most of my lego building in the 80's. I greatly prefer to just dump the whole pile out and search through as I go. This…

Just an idea I'd love to see... I love already how adding the set number creates a link to that set, eg #10224 What would be really handy though is if hovering over this link would give a little popup with the image and name of the set. I'm forever 'opening in a new tab' just to see what set someone is referring to. And…

So after all the hype and spending a fantastic 14hours queuing for my MF I now have a question to put to anyone who cares to comment. While we queued we were handed a "business card" that stated a number out of 150 which was to let us know our position in the queue. We assumed the first 100 would then get the…

I am confused by the part numbers for the wands in the Harry Potter collectible minifigures. Although some wand colours are shared across different minifigs, the actual part number appears to differ between them. The design number of the wands appears to be 36752 but each sprue appears to have a different number which…
