   ^Target occasionally gets "Hard to Finds." Just this year Ninjago had three hard to finds, one of them being only at Target besides Lego: #9455 -Target #9456 -Walmart #9457 -TRU It's usually one set from one series for the entire year. It just usually isn't Star Wars.

   Those three parts are from either #9456 - Spinner Battle Arena or #9579 - Starter Set which both were released in 2012. I am presuming that the (c) 2010 would be a production date of the part not necessarily from when the set was released but I am open to somebody more in the know saying whether this is correct.
