   ^ Only the special sets, such as #850458. Assuming you mean the CMF range only. Obviously many normal minifigs come in set boxes.

   If my memory is correct, #10230 Mini modulars and #850458 Top 5 Minifigures were only available to VIP, but they were not real mainstream items.

   My guess it that it will be something along the lines of #5002812 Classic Spaceman Figure or #850458 VIP Top 5 Boxed Minifigures. Both of those were D2C if I recall correctly.

   @1265 That's #850458 VIP Top 5 Boxed Minifigures. There's also the CMF accessory packs #850449, #850486 and #850487. And thanks @SumoLego for reminding me that my "complete" CMF collection still has some gaps! (Which I will try to ignore....
