Technic #8455 ? That should tick the fun build/play box. Also quite a few older not quite top of the range Technic sets eg. #8462 and the re-release #8431 of the popular 8460 from 1995. Technic has it gems and as others have mentioned the big Flagship sets seem to do well. In the large lot of old NISB sets I bought last year, I sold all the Technic sets and most did not go for what I would have thought ($100 average).
