   I say pick up the sealed 7998 set now and save (or keep away from your wife) the money necessary to purchase 7189. Set 7189 will be around for at least a year and will remain the same price now and later. However, set 7998 will only go up in value based on supply and demand. Just buy what makes you happy.    I quite like #4546. I grew up with tiny boats, so big is better. #7998 truck is fun to play with likewise the creator houses, but then i have daughters...

   In a skip I retrieved 7998 -green heavy haul tipper, 7685 bulldozer and 7686 city helicopter transport ,will be missing some pieces and again lost some to the machine. Also a handful of minifigs
