Found a 7597 Western Train Chase at Walmart yesterday for $40. They also had 7596 for $25.

Found #7596 and #7597 at the thrift shop, missing all the minifigures except the dinosaur, but all the other parts are there.

#4841 and #7597 are good examples of trains without track and this is what I think we will get. Not to mention #10233, #10219, #10194.

Fixed #10194s tender, locomotive. Now, one passenger car needs its tank on the undercarriage. Also fixed #10020, #10133, #10025, #10022, #10170, #10277 Next up, Lord willing, #7597!

Personally, I view #79111 and #7597 about the same. The #79111 set will probably do a little better because it's a more realistic and generally nicer looking set, but #7597 has more popular minifigs. I would expect them both to perform similarly post-EOL of TLR. It would be interesting to look into a crystal ball and see…

Let's see....A couple BL orders for my C8 came, replacement logs for my second #7597 passenger car came, waiting on the Bible stained glass from EclipseGrafix, another B&P order, and some new DOTS.

The Toy Story 7597 Train Chase is my regret. I bought it for my son who was too small for it and the front engine is just poorly built. Looking back at all the sets I could have spent the same amount on at the time makes it even worse.
