Re: 40375 includes a normal blue helmet.
According to the Brickset parts inventory, it's a normal blue racing helmet in #40375, not the space helmet. It seems @M1J0E is correct, that's only in #71708 -

Hmmm, saw this earlier today on my son's #42121 (the third 71708): Would that be reason for you to call CS? Also, the material of these parts seems different to what I'm used to when I was still building lots of Technic? -

I would like to see more of these people packs. There are lots of possible themes that could be done. I see the Ninjago set Gamers Market #71708 as a people pack. It doesn't have quite as many minifigs but fills the same purpose. -
