Checked my local store for #70841 but as expected they'd sold out. So consoled myself with #70821 and #70836 plus picked up another Cyberman for my Cyberarmy, less than £4 is a bargain (especially once I flog the Dalek!). -

The alt builds for Metalbeard are rubbish, tbh. The, uh, 'boat' form barely stands upright. The main build is alright, but it's just a simplified version of his crab form in #70836. It's great for kids who don't get him in a larger set (everyone needs some Metalbeard in their collection!), but not a stand out in it's own… -
