I just got #70672 Cole's Dirt Bike for $15 at the Eagan, MN WalMart. It was on a table with other clearance toys in front of the toy section.

Considering an article just went up on the site, I'd say yes... Checked through all the box art, seems as long as you get most of the sets you can get a full set of the ninjas in normal & powered up form ( #70671 & #70672 being the unnecessary sets).

A WalMart near me (can't remember which) had a cardboard kiosk thing in the middle of the wide aisle next to Toys. It had #76118, #41376, #75945, #75934, #21153, and #70672 for $19.97 each.
