Hi, I have for sale a rare Classic Space box, #6985 Cosmic Fleet Voyager, SEALED. Both seal tapes are intact. The inside of the set has never been touched. Everything is just like it was when it was on shelves in 1986. The set is in a very good condition though it is 33 years old. Some edges has some scratches. There are…

Hi All, I have an absolute classic up for sale today. A SEALED Classic Space Cosmic Fleet Voyager #6985. One of the small pieces of seal tape has been cut, but the other is intact. Thus, the inside of the set has never been touched. Everything is just like it was when it was on the shelves in 1986. Look at the photos! The…

I recently was given two Space sets and was trying to determine ballpark worth. I just dont feel like ebay really gives a good idea of actual worth. - 6985: Cosmic Fleet Voyager - used, compelete, with box and instructions (box is a little worn, but includes plastic tray) - 6984: Galactic Mediator - used, compelete, with…

Been sorting through a box of Classic Space sets from FB Marketplace ($75). From what I've found, missing less than 60 pieces in total for 20 sets. Several smaller ones, but some larger ones, too - #6930, #6971, #6891, #6941, #6954, #6985, and #6926.

Cheers - I'm kind of torn as the sets have sat in boxes in the garage for years. I think I'd like to sell them complete wherever possible so people are getting the whole thing There's a couple of sets where the missing parts would be more than the kit itself so I'll leave those ones though. I'm thinking of sets like 6980…

This is my classic Legoland Space collection from 1978 through 1987. All original, first generation except for the monorail itself. It's taken me five years to collect and put together this monorail layout. Gallery: https://www.flickr.com/photos/rva-lug/albums/72157680915365175 Video:…

@KungFuKenny, that's a fantastic #6985 I am totally jealous. That set has eluded me for a long time too. Oh, I've seen it, but rarely when I have money to spend! None of my Classic Space is perfect, I have some nice examples but I don't think anything like the condition of this one. Well done. It's lovely to see all these…

Man I just love looking back at the classic space, even way before Star Wars took over. I have some sets from the 80's. My first one was the 6824 Space Dart I and last was the 6985 Cosmic Fleet Voyager. I had a handful of the smaller sets in between, but I was a Town guy. I just remembered the annoying angle plates that…

Depends on condition of it all really. As is, unsorted, you'd get a ballpark value by weight. £7-£10 per Kg (very much dependent on condition and presence of minifigures). However, if you can be bothered to sort and reunite bricks with boxes and instructions - you have a lot of good stuff there and I would say it would be…

I don't doubt that there is appetite out there for more Classic Space LEGO. I'd simply love to be able to buy #918, #928, or #6985 as a "legacy" edition set, similarly I'd like to see #6080 done the same way... perhaps a 'greatest hits' range has legs, but on the evidence of the Legends theme I'm not convinced it would do…
