I was wondering about that Exploriens piece. I found it in the picture for #6856, but AAAARRRGH, it’s not in the BS part inventory. Found it on BL, https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=30036&idColor=1#T=C&C=1 Turns out it's still in use today (in different colors).
