No word of a lie but #671 is my first set too. Freaky!

I am still looking for a Vauxhall Victor Estate sealed in a plastic garage with banderole.... I have the 261-268, and finally found the UK 670 Jaguar sealed... but still no 671 Vauxhall!! :/ Brasletty thinks they weren't sold that way.... but if the 670 was sold in a sealed plastic garage, then I think the 671 would also…

The first set I recall really playing with as a kid was 671-1 http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=671-1 (which I guess is the European equivalent of the set DaveE mentions above). The oldest set I own is 360-1, which was handed down from some distant family friend shortly after. http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=360-1

That sounds like something for Brickset's advanced query maker; there's probably an existing one, but here's one I just made: http://www.brickset.com/search/advanced/run/?q=671

I'm a very lucky lady and have managed to acquire a few very nice condition 1970's sets (1589, 375, 377, 671 and some others). I'm cleaning and prepping them for sale. The vast majority of the stickers are there and intact, but a few are in the wrong places. Is it possible to remove these and re-glue them back on? There…

You might find a few theories here: http://www.bricksetforum.com/discussion/7795/why-doesnt-lego-sell-polybag-sets-directly-or-even-acknowledge-their-existence And here's the list of all polybags: http://www.brickset.com/search/advanced/run/?q=671

Woah... #601 takes me back. Had that given to me for Birthday or Christmas one year along with #671 Tanker. How I lusted over #377 though. I'd buy a set like @MattsWhat posted if it were real. Excellent MOC

Adelec, those "cars" are very high quality metal wheeled 1:87 scale (HO scale) cast plastic cars with metal wheels. These are VERY highly sought after by model car as well as LEGO collectors. Here's 5 of the 10 models that were found in this plastic garage (261-268 and 670 & 671). They were sealed with a paper banderole…
